Which of the meds to take is a major issue.

If armour was working well for you, go back to it.

I take N P Thyroid, which is a generic form of Armour. I was having problems with Armour when it was reformulated, so I switched to NP Thyroid and never looked back. Seems to be just like the original Armour. Love it!

I had a major problem with NatureThroid: Months of diarrhea. Look at the side effects, either online or on the pharmacy slip. Some people are fine with a medication; others are not. It could be the binding material. Whatever, you have a symptom that occurred after taking the medicine, and either find another doctor who will listen to you or insist your current doctor pay attention to your problem. I never did well with Synth\oid; it did nothing for me. I have had my ups/downs with Armour, first because there was a manufacturing problem and production was slow, and then now because the company was taken over, and the new company changed the formula so many of us are not experiencing benefits from it. Sigh. Best of luck to you. Continue to be proactive about your health. In the past week, I went back to using kelp, on top of the double dosage my doctor believes I need, and voila, I am sleeping better and feel better.

You need to let your doctor know about that. I have hyperthyroid and that is what was happening to me before I got on thyroid meds to bring it down.

If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit.

I was on armour for 30 years. Doc changed me over to naturethroid last month. Last week I started getting leg stiffness. It feels like you have been working out real hard. It is not a pain. When I get up in the morning I can hardly walk because of it. When I set no pain, but when I get up to walk the stiffness is there. I think it is because of the new med. I have not done anything that would make my legs feel that way. It seems to be getting worse. I am also anxious since starting the new drug, not alot, but noticable.

Anyone had this when changing to naturethroid?
