Doing small things every day will probably help you with consistency. I know that adjusting my expectations helps too. Then I don't get discouraged by the things I didn't get done. I tend to bite off more than I can chew. So .... I have to just evaluate how I did at the end of the day and I can usually say ... 'that was a good day'.

I want to remain consistent. I have a few good days then a bad one and I don't loose. :(
I want to exercise more as well
