That's great guys! Keep pushing!! We're stuck in the house in Georgia b/c of the winter storm, but I will definitely be doing a little Wii and fitness videos today! Gotta keep it moving!! emoticon

(February 9th – February 15th)
Falling in Love… with a Healthier you!

I. Sunday (February 9th)
a. Fitness (Choose One. Complete a minimum of 20 mins. Aim for 30-60 mins)
i. Workout Tape/DVD – complete any workout tape either within your home, or wherever you choose.
ii. Wii Fit, Just Dance, or some other workout game
b. Nutrition
i. Between 60 and 100 ounces of water
ii. 2 servings of vegetables
iii. 8 cups of water

II. Monday (February 10th)
a. Fitness (Choose One. Complete a minimum of 20 mins. Aim for 30-60 mins)
i. Workout Tape/DVD
ii. Wii Fit, Just Dance, or some other workout game
b. Nutrition
i. Between 60 and 100 ounces of water
ii. 2 servings of vegetables

III. Tuesday (February 11th)
a. 1-2 mile interval run
b. 2-4 sets of 10 Burpees
c. 2-4 sets of 10 Jump Lunges (5 per side)
d. 20-35 Heismans

IV. Wednesday (February 12th) (Easy Day)
a. Take a nice walk with a friend or loved one (15 to 30 minutes)
b. Half your body weight in water

V. Thursday (February 13th)
a. 0.5 mile jog (NO WALKING)
b. 2-3 sets of 10 Push Ups
c. 2-3 sets of 10 Tricep Extensions or Dips
d. 2-5 sets of 8 Squats
e. 3-5 sets of 20-60 sec Planks
f. 3-5 sets of 20-60 sec Supermans
g. 2-5 servings of veggies

VI. Friday (February 14th )
a. HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY!!

VII. Saturday (February 15th)
a. Fitness
i. Warm Up: 10 minute walk
b. Nutrition
i. At least 4 cups of water
ii. At least 1 serving of vegetables
c. Team Participation
i. Post within Team Forum (or on huddle wall)
