Things are going well as far as workouts go, I completed all the tasks for the week. I just didn't post them (gotta get better at that). Eating habits....... I'd like to get better now that its post Holidays. A continuous work in progress! Have a great week2 !

I did them both and I like Shaun T version. I have his Rockin Body DVD's and I do those.

Did my assessment today

Jumping jacks 53
pushups 20
sit ups 21
step ups 26
football sprints 130
ski jumps 50

I'm not sure whether I did the ski jumps right I jumped side to side over a stick to make sure I jumped high enough

Weekly Challenge (January 5th January 11th)

I. Sunday (January 5th)
a. Baseline Assessment: How many of each exercise can you do in 60 seconds?
i. Jumping Jacks
ii. Push Ups
iii. Sit Ups
iv. Squats
v. Step Ups
vi. Football Sprints
vii. Ski Jumps
b. Modified Base Assessment
i. One-Legged Jumping Jacks (Coach Nicole)
ii. Wall Push Ups
iii. Toe Touches (bend down and touch your toes)
iv. Sit down and stand ups (sit in a chair and stand back up again)
v. Knee Lifts
vi. Jog in place
vii. Step Overs (lay down some object and step over it)

II. Monday (January 6th)
a. 10 minutes of physical activity
b. Half Body Weight in Water

III. Tuesday (January 7th)
a. 2-3 sets of 10 Push Ups
b. 2-3 sets of 10 Tricep Extensions or Dips
c. 2-5 sets of 8 Squats
d. 3-5 sets of 20-60 sec Planks
e. 3-5 sets of 20-60 sec Supermans
f. 2-5 servings of veggies

IV. Wednesday (January 8th)
a. 1-2 mile interval run
b. 2-4 sets of 10 Burpees
c. 2-4 sets of 10 Jump Lunges (5 per side)
d. 20-35 Heismans

V. Thursday (January 9th)
a. 10 minute walk @ any pace
b. Half Body Weight in Water
c. 2-3 servings of fruit

VI. Friday (January 10th)
a. 2-3 sets of 10 Push Ups
b. 2-3 sets of 10 Tricep Extensions or Dips
c. 2-5 sets of 8 Squats
d. 3-5 sets of 20-60 sec Planks
e. 3-5 sets of 20-60 sec Supermans

VII. Saturday (January 11th)
