Looking forward to the New Year Challenge, thanks for leading this team. Today I am starting to do some low-carb living (post Christmas). I will follow your nutrition and exercise listed to get a jump-start on the New Year's challenge. Happy New Years!

Welcome to the New Year's Challenge!

You may post your comments here!! This forum will be used for the entire month until the next 60 Day Fitness/Health Challenge, which will begin on January 5, 2013. Below are the guidelines for this challenge:

**NUTRITION** emoticon
1. At least 2 servings of GREEN vegetables each day
2. At least 40 ounces of water each day
3. No fried foods or unhealthy fast foods
4. No refined sugars (limit if you must)

**FITNESS** emoticon
1. At least 20 minutes of exercise each day (You may walk)

Be on the look out for special challenges here and there. Also, keep in mind that there are no challenges for Christmas Eve nor Christmas Day.

The new year is quickly approaching. Let's finish this year with a bang (and hopefully drop a couple of pounds while we're at it!! emoticon )
