Weekly Challenge 8
November 26, 2013 - November 29, 2013

I. Tuesday (November 26th) emoticon
a. Fitness (Choose One. Complete a minimum of 20 mins. Aim for 30-60 mins)
i. Workout Tape/DVD complete any workout tape either within your home, or wherever you choose.
ii. Wii Fit, Just Dance, or some other workout game
b. Nutrition
i. Between 60 and 100 ounces of water
ii. 2 servings of vegetables
iii. 8 cups of water


II. Wednesday (November 27th) emoticon
a. Fitness (Choose One. Complete a minimum of 20 mins. Aim for 30-60 mins)
i. Workout Tape/DVD complete any workout tape either within your home, or wherever you choose.
ii. Wii Fit, Just Dance, or some other workout game
b. Nutrition
i. Between 60 and 100 ounces of water
ii. 2 servings of vegetables


III. Thursday (November 28th) emoticon
i. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!


IV. Friday (November 29th) (Easy Day) emoticon
a. Fitness
i. Warm Up: 10 minute walk
b. Nutrition
i. At least 4 cups of water
ii. At least 1 serving of vegetables
c. Team Participation
i. Post within Team Forum (or on huddle wall)

P.S. Don't forget that our special New Year's Challenge starts December 1st and ends December 30th. Because this challenge is short, we are likely to have few "easy" days (aside from Christmas Eve and Christmas Day). Details on this challenge will be sent later this week. The next 60 Day Fitness/Health Challenge will begin on January 2, 2014. Happy Holidays!! emoticon
