Yes. You should post any results or comments from each week's challenge within the forum that corresponds to that week. That means that for this week, you will post within this topic. Members are encouraged to post and interact with the team, but many do not post within forums. Some interact with one another privately, or sometimes I get emails within my inbox. You may do whatever makes you comfortable. Hope this helps!

HELLOOOO team and Welcome New Members!!!!

For those of you that have joined and have not received your "welcome goodie", I will be sure to get those to you as soon as possible. We want you to know that we are glad to have you here with us! Again, WELCOME!! emoticon

This week's challenge is a bit more realistic. Some days we can go to the gym, and other days we're stuck at home. It's time to really focus on how you can incorporate healthier habits into your everyday life in a realistic way!

The weekly challenge may be found at the right of this message, on our Team Huddle Wall. (The challenge is posted as a photo with green headings, each photo corresponding to a day, or a set of days.)

Remember, this week it's all about the vegetables. So, be prepared to eat at least a serving each day. Vegetables are very good for our bodies. They're PACKED with nutrients and provide us with lots of energy without all of the added calories. For those of you that aren't to fond of eating vegetables, think of them as an "acquired" taste. You have to teach yourself to like them. Try cooking them different ways, but don't over cook them. Eventually, you will enjoy the fresh taste of vegetables and eat them without even thinking about it!
