I know today isn't really a workout day, but I decided to do a light workout this morning. I jogged my mile (surprisingly in 10 mins) and completed some ab, arm and back workouts. I'll probably keep this week light and ease my way back into the more vigorous workout. Anyway, I feel SO great after this morning's workout. Think I'll make this a regular thing, even if it's just a daily 10 minute walk! emoticon It's not always just about the weight. Sometimes, it's about feeling better about yourself and about life.
