My results for the Base Assessment are below. We will complete the Base Assessment (or Modified Base Assessment) every other Tuesday..

Jumping Jacks: 62 (HR 161)
Push Ups: 11 (HR 126)
Sit Ups: 15 (HR 123)
Squats [with dumbbells]: 18 (HR 127)
Step Ups: 18 (HR 148)
Football Sprint (Longest Streak): 18 sec (HR 148)
Ski Jumps: 28 (HR 152)

You do not have to record your heart rate. (I only included mine because I want to lower it with each week.)
