1) Strength Training:
- 10 jumping jacks
- 10 push ups
- 10 sit ups

- 5 burpees

2) 24-48 ounces of water (2 to 4 bottles)

3) Enjoy plenty of fruit today

4) Meal planning: Please plan out 3-5 meals tomorrow. Typically, that is breakfast, lunch dinner, with and optional 1-2 snacks. Don't necessarily worry about counting calories. What's important are the contents of your meals. Be sure to have fruits and/or veggies, lean meats, whole grains, etc.

@BARGAINSHPR I would not count juice or anything with calories, but I'm new to the team.

I have a question what counts as "water" consumption? Just water or any liquids that are not caffeinated or alcohol such as tea, juice etc?

Day One (October 1st)

1) 10-15 minutes of walking/jogging 30 minutes at Curves
2) At least 2-3 bottles of water (25-36 ounces) 6 eight ounce glasses
3) 1 fruit and/or 1 vegetable serving fruit prune juice, vegetable mushrooms & tomatoes
4) At least 20 minutes of "self" time (some call it meditation) 20 minutes of needlework


Day Two (October 2nd)

1) 10-15 minutes of walking/jogging 15 minutes walking in the waiting room of the hospital while my Mom was having some procedures done
2) At least 2-3 bottles of water (25-36 ounces) six eight ounce glasses
3) 1 fruit and 1 vegetable (or 2 servings of either fruit or vegetables) spinach salad for lunch, no fruit
4) At least 20 minutes of self time
Reading a book

Day Three (October 3rd)
