Week 8 Challenge

**Fitness**
(You need dumbbells for these exercises.)

ARMS
- Tricep Extensions: Above Head (seated is also okay)
- Bicep Curls

SHOULDERS
- Front and Side Lateral Raises
- Upright Row

PECTORALS/CHEST
- Bench/Chest Press
- Lying Fly

ABS
- Crunches (Place weights in your hands and cross arms across your chest)
- Dumbbell Side Bends

LEGS/BUTTOCKS
- Squats
- Lunges
- Calf Raises

~ Please do 2-3 sets of each exercise, where each set consists of roughly 8-12 reps. If you need to, omit any exercise that makes you feel uncomfortable. You may make any modifications to accommodate your fitness and/or medical needs.

STRENGTH EXERCISES SHOULD BE DONE 2-4 TIMES PER WEEK.
