Week 7 Challenge

I will work on it!!!

- Complete the Base Assessment (first topic in the Nutrition and Fitness forum)


- Drink at least 36 ounces of water
- Prepare at least 1 healthy home cooked meal this week


- Walk/Run 3-5 miles this week
- At least 10 minutes of strength training on 2-3 days this week
- At least 30 minutes of cardio on 3-5 days this week (optional).


- Huddle with the team OR post/comment on a team topic at least once this week
