Made my 2 hours of cardio! Got half of it in by playing an hour of Ultimate Frisbee... what a workout! Also did hula hooping, jogging in place, and circuit training this week. Food-wise, have been eating lots of tomato-veggie sauces over couscous and fonio, so I'm getting those veggies in! Water's going well, too. :)

Sounds awesome!! Keep up the good work.

I did my strength training yesterday... TOUGH! lol The cardio has been pretty easy since I have a gym membership again. I just do a few fitness classes and I'm done. #excited

2.30 cardio completed so far; so, think I'll strength train manana, and cardio on Sabado.

Didn't plan it, but took a 30 min walk yesterday, and 35 min on the treadmill - that 3hours is happening sooner than I expected - yay!
