FITNESS
1. Complete the base assessment. You may record your results in the forum.
2. If you can (if needed), record your body measurements for your own records.
3. You may do any exercises this week that you feel up to.
4. Create a plan that will help you reach your goals. (Feel free to post your plan online.)

HEALTH
1. 1 serving of fruit or vegetables each day
2. 36 ounces of water each day
