WEEK 6 CHALLENGE (June 23rd-June 29th)
**Fitness**

MONDAY/WEDNESDAY (Cardio and Abs)
- Walk/Run 1 to 2 miles
- Bicycle Crunches
- Sit-Ups
- Switch Kicks
- Planks (Regular or Walk Outs)
- Torso Twists
- Reverse Crunch
- Push Ups
- Squats

TUESDAY/THURSDAY (Strength)
- Warm Up
- Push Ups
- Squats
- Tricep Dips
- Lunges (Switch Jump or Regular)
- Heismans
- Burpees

FRIDAY (Leisure Workout)
You choose your workout for today. Let it be something fun that you enjoy!

Ideas:
- Swimming
- Hiking
- Paintball
- Soccer
- Basketball
- etc.

**Health**
- Water at least 40 ounces per day (YOU SHOULD ALWAYS DRINK PLENTY OF WATER)
- Lots of Fruits and Veggies (SAME HERE! KEEP YOUR BODY STRONG WITH NUTRIENTS!)

(In upcoming weeks, we will be using dumbbells and arm bands. Please try to pick these up within the next week or two. They are fairly cheap at Walmart and similar stores. The dumbbells should be a good weight to perform exercises with repetitions. Also, you can pick up an exercise ball if you'd like. Many of these exercises listed week to week can be performed on a ball to increase intensity. Doing part or all of your workout on a ball also helps you develop more balance! )
