I've made my 3-times-a-week exercise goal for this week! I did biking and Ultimate Frisbee Sunday, and running/walking Tuesday and today. Happy to be on track!

I was gone for 5 days, now I've got a cold. I'be been thrown off course. Exhausted from chasing grandbabies. We had so much fun. Now I'm just tired.

I'm up for it - I'll be walking/jogging with the dog a couple times this week. I need to work on drinking more water, I mainly drink Monsters and coffee and that's about it. I don't drink nearly as much water as I should!

WEEK 5 CHALLENGE (June 16th-June 22nd)

You should perform the Base Assessment that was posted a few weeks ago. Do this to see how much you have improved since the last time.

**Fitness**

WARM UP
Choose your own warm up. It should be no shorter than 5 minutes and should not be too intense. A nice walk or jog is good for warming up. Below is an article on how to create your warm up.

MAIN WORKOUT
You may also choose your main workout this week. If you can, try to do at least 30 minutes. If not, 10-20 minutes is fine. If you need to break your time up into smaller sessions, please make sure that you are working out for at least 10 minutes or more at a time.

PLEASE COMMENT IN THE FORUMS AND TELL US WHICH EXERCISES YOU DECIDE TO DO.

Note: Try to workout between 3 and 5 days this week.


**Health**
- Water 40 ounces or more per day
- Cook 1 healthy dish this week (may be an old or new recipe, or perhaps a salad with interesting toppings)
- Pick up a healthy snack (such as carrots or almonds) that you can munch on while at work or school

(In upcoming weeks, we will be using dumbbells and arm bands. Please try to pick these up within the next week or two. They are fairly cheap at Walmart and similar stores. The dumbbells should be a good weight to perform exercises with repetitions.)
