WEEK 3 CHALLENGE (June 2nd-June 8th)
**Fitness**

Intermediate:
Interval Walking/Running for 10 minutes
10 modified push ups (3 sets)
10 squat down and jump ups(3 sets)
10 lunges (each leg) (3 sets)

Advanced:
10 minute Jog/Run
10 push ups (3 sets)
10 burpees (3 sets)
10 jumping lunges (3 sets)


**Health**
- At least 36 oz. of water EACH day
- No fried foods
- At least 2 servings of fruits/veggies each day

What is a squat down/jump up and what is a burpee?

30 minutes Jillian Michaels Shred-It With Weights DVD; used a 10lb kettlebell. I'm exhausted and not sure I'll be able to move my arms tomorrow...but it was a great work out!

Woke up to rain; perfect day for Wk 3 Challenge.
I surprised myself ! : Toodays Top Stories featured 6 min no excuses workouts, so I tried the squat chop, and the Charlie's Lunges. So I:
Power walked
Wall Pushuped
Squat Chopped
Touched my Toes

Wk3, Day1. 40 min cardio. I can do 10 wall pushups. I can do 10 toe touches. My knees can't handle 10 squats, but they can find something else to do. 8-)
