WEEK 1 CHALLENGE (May 26th -June 1st)
**Fitness**

Perform these exercises on 3-4 days this week.

Intermediate: Interval Walking/Running for 10-15 minutes and 35 squats (or lunges)

**Health**
- At least 36 oz. of water EACH day
- No fried foods
- No Processed Sugars

Gonna try doing the 10-15 minute intervals, and squats and lunges – no processed sugars – where are these sugars hiding? I think I eat pretty well overall, not a lot of sweets lately.

Squats no problem
Water no problem
I did a really light jog...5 minutes. I don't run much if at all, so I'm trying to work on this one
Fried food...ugh, I messed up and had some on Saturday
Sugars--I don't eat sugar at all (I use Truvia) and don't like anything overly sweet anymore so this one was a success!

Yesterday ended week 2 for me.
Power walk was no problem.
Knees don't squat, but try.
Drank all the water.
I never eat fried.
I never eat - oops. . .my doctor gave me permission to eat one cookie a day, and I do!

Intermediate: Interval Walking/Running for 10-15 minutes and 35 squats (or lunges)
Advanced: 10-15 minute Jog/Run (complete at least 1 mile), 25 squats, 25 lunges

(I know that we're walking/running again, but these exercises are really good for your heart and overall health. Let's get out there and get moving!!)
