WEEK 1 CHALLENGE (May 19th - May 25th)
**Fitness**
Perform these exercises on 3-4 days this week.
Beginner: 10 minute brisk walk
Intermediate: Interval Walking/Running for 10-15 minutes
Advanced: 10-15 minute Jog/Run (complete at least 1 mile)
~ Lose 1 lb
**Health**
- At least 6 oz. of water on most days
- At least 2 - 3 servings of fruits/vegetables EACH day
Are you up for the challenge??
Iím going to try and do a 45-60 minute walk and start adding more running/sprinting to it. When I first started doing this about 3 weeks ago, I was running more (Iíd do a block or so at a time), I want to start running but my chest starts hurting and my knees and hips. Any suggestions? I am already doing pretty good on the 2-3 servings of fruits and vegetables but I donít drink nearly enough water so Iím going to start tracking that.

emoticon My goal was to do the same exercise 4 times this week, and I actually did the same exercise every day. I do it slowly - I'm old, and disabled - but I did it. Thanks for this challenge; it is keeping me moving! emoticon to our leader and everyone on the team. Have a nice holiday!

Jumped on the treadmill first things this morning and did 30 minutes. Water and coffee now and then on to some weights and stretches.
