I'm down for everything but the running...any alternatives on the running?

I see option 2...but I was thinking of elliptical or treadmill options for the running?

It's not about how bad you want it...it's about how hard you're willing to work for it

*Challenge (for Cardio Days):
1) run 1 mile in 13 minutes or less and total 4 miles this week

AND

- 25 jumping jacks
- 10 jumping-switch lunges

OR

2) 25 of EACH of the following on your cardio days:
- bicycle crunches
- high knees (two knees up counts as one)
- butt kicks (right and left count as one)
- ski jumps
- jump squats
and 10 burpees

This is one set. Do 2 sets.

(To add intensity, increase the amount of sets. To lessen the intensity, decrease the number of reps.)

And don't forget,

~ Lose 1+ pound
