Ha! Swimming for me is NOT a leisure activity. I am getting ready to compete in Pan Am Masters in synchronized swimming at the beginning of June! However, I can do either a hike, or go to the pool an extra day that is just for fun. Three cardio days is never a problem. So, I will focus on my eating to try to lose the one pound.
