I'd like to work on the strength training goal. I do 2x per week, and would like to add a third. I do get the miles in already, and it's a good reminder to stay with that. I am at goal, so won't work on the weight loss - just to maintain!

I already have so much exercise with swimming, aerobics classes, dance and Zumba, that I really don't have time to walk as well (and I don't run). I'll try for the weight loss!

I'm in! Just did 7 miles on the bike outside - 3.5 of them against the wind.
