emoticon I just recently joined, and think this past week was my second week. Part of the first week challenge is all I could do since I am unable to walk or run for exercise. But I did lose 2 lbs. the first week, and last week it was 1 lb. (too many late night "snacks" or should I say extra meals...AARRGGHH!!!). I am getting in the veggies and the 10 minutes each day of exercise. I plan to get up to 6 hours a week. emoticon emoticon

I only lost 0.6lbs this week but I measured my hips, waist, thighs, arms and neck and I'd lost almost 2cm of each one!!

Congratulations on your weight loss. A pound down is better than a pound up. So give yourself a Woo Hoo. I have worked out at the gym for the last 2 days after work and then came home and walked my dog. I also walk her every morning before work. I wish us all much success!! emoticon emoticon

Okay, working out 6 days this week. 3 down and 3 to go. Also really thinking about those 5 servings of veggies per day and how they crowd out other foods that aren't so good.

Yea! Exactly what I need to do. Lost my first 10 just by cutting back calories and eating healthier options, but wasn't getting in enough veges, but now it's time to fit them in and some real exercise. Going to check out the videos! It's on! :)
