I'm running a 10k in July and a half marathon in October so this is all the motivation I need for now. AND I'm getting married next year!

I don't really have a rewards schedule set. Last year I bought a bicycle and some time this year I want to purchase a couple new dresses. I know none of the clothes from last summer will fit properly, so I am looking forward to shopping 1-2 sizes down this year. But I'm not going to buy a lot because I'm not even to my half way point yet.

Listening to spark radio the other day and SP founder compared the 10 minute exercise streak to brushing your teeth. You do it every day regardless of energy, motivation, etc. I am applying that mindset to morning exercise.
