Good Evening Team,

Congratulations on all the hard work you have done this past month, you have worked hard at your fitness and have raised the bar to your personal best.

Many of you also joined our Mini Team Challenge and worked at either maintaining your optimal weight or tried to lose between 3 and 5 pounds for the month of October, I encourage you to keep up with this challenge and re-commit to keeping your weight at a healthy level.

Today is the final day for posting your results of your October daily levels, please catch up with recording so I can send out your Spark Goodie Awards for a job well done. You receive awards for both joining and accomplishing your month's challenges.

So having said that, we are on the eve of a brand new month, let's get started and let's push ahead in God's Strength and have a great November ahead...

This month of November I'd like to Challenge you to walk this journey with me for a healthier body...
