So I have been very negligent about keeping track of this goal:
Team Challenge #1

Stay within your calorie range, and eat between 5 and 8 servings or more of fresh fruit' and vegetables per day drink between 6-8 glasses of water per day.
Strength Train between 10 and 30 minutes or more 3 times per week... You chose your days..
Cardio daily between 30 min 3x week

Team Challenge # 2

Walking or Bike, 30 minutes per session or more

I am very consistent with water intake daily, fruits/veggies, strength and cardio training as well.

Food is an up and down - some days over and then I still try to balance the next day - been harder this week with company and more eating out than usual or just different foods being made for breakfast etc. Running my weekly tracker report is the most beneficial thing for me as it really makes me look at what my patterns have been and know what changes I should be making.

So looking to finish this one out strong even if the middle weeks were deficient!

The above mentioned worked for Thursday, Friday and Monday. Sat & Sunday we were in K.C. for our grandson's birth and those two days, I walked lots of times, and worked out on the eliptical and treadmill for a total of two hours a day!

It's been several months, but after some medical issues and the birth of our daughter I'm back and excited to be here.
Team challenge #1 - stay within calorie range, eat between 5-8 servings of fresh fruit and veggies, drink 6-8 glasses of water = complete!

Team challenge #2 - track nutrition (almost 100%), fitness: Monday - rest, Tuesday - 35 minutes lean legs and abs DVD, Wednesday - run 2.5 miles, Thursday - 30 minutes great glutes DVD, Friday - 2 hours walking/jogging for Realy for Life = complete!

Missed the gym Fri, it was closed when I got there so only went once.

Was good on my diet until my hubby wanted Bisquick biscuits last night...Lost 2 elbees this week tho. will have a perfect week and see what that gets me!

Good morning Team!

I'm playing catch up myself!

Day 1 through 4:
Tracked nutrition through Sparks each day and stayed within calorie range.

Walked at least 60 minutes each day, getting my 10,000 steps in. With elliptical workout of at least 30 minutes daily for extra cardio.

Brought resistance bands with me so I can get my third strength training in for the week. Biked today and tomorrow and kayaking over weekend if weather holds. Told my family was good we were eating so many veggies for dinner! So far on track with challenge goals for June.

I eat Low Carb, so don't want any fruit and not that much vegt but I will stay low carb 20-30g per day
I will also watch my calories, no more than 1300 per day
I will step up my cardio on my Gazelle--10 min 3x per week
I go to the gym for 60 min 2x per week including 15 min on my Gazelle
