Doing well with challenge - sometimes I have to wait a day or two or three ;) into the week to see if weight is changing - goes down then up then back down again (yeah) so I wait to make sure that its staying there!!

Cardio Training (Walking 60 minutes and worked at a friends house for over an hour and a halfwith chainsaw cutting up fallen trees and stacking consequential firewood. I think this was a worse workout than the gym!

So I have to laugh at my own plans: yesterday home after a busy weekend away - have a different teams challenge that sent me out walking for 20 minutes; then today normally a strength training day of 30 min. However, had to get somewhere after work so only 15 minutes spent on strength ex. So far I seem to be meeting the at least 15 min a day, so on track with goals first 4 days of May.

May Challenge - my biggest challenge and carry over from the APRIL challenge is the nutrition. For me working full time I need to separate out the strength (at gym) and cardio to so many days a week rather than daily each but my total time will be the same or more by the end of the week.

As much as I want to meet all these challenges, I have had so much going on in my life with the house renovations (and every time I turn around I find something else that has to be dealt with) that I really can't totally commit. I will keep working on my fitness and nutrition, but not in any formal way. I don't have a lot of time for the computer right now.

Hope everyone who do commit does well.
