More snow shoveling today and also had to clean off my vehicle. It was light fluffy snow, but I would guess 6 to 8 inches. Also, brought in Firewood.

More snow shoveling for my workout today, and since there is a storm predicted to come in tomorrow, I believe that I will be shoveling again tomorrow and possibly Saturday.

As for my nutrition I am trying to eat right and get a lot veggies and fruit with little red meat--choosing chicken and fish for most of my protein or making a vegetarian recipe which sounds good to me.

Gentle Fitness most days 20 minutes emoticon I built up over a few days and got up to 34 minutes today, after my flare I have had to be really careful and not overdo things!

I haven't been doing to badly nutrition wise, as I am eating a lot of fruits and veggies and getting healthy meals for myself. I have not bee doing formal workout. Yesterday, I plastered, sanded and painted one of my bathroom walls in preparation for the vanity that will be arriving tomorrow. We had a blizzard raging all day yesterday so It was a good project to do on such a day. Today I have spent over 50 minutes shoveling snow, and this is after I had someone plow my driveway. The drifts were so deep that I couldn't get my vehicle out so he could finish the plowing without a lot of shoveling. Hope this counts as my exercise for the week!

I am doing great with Challenge 2. I am working out every day 30 minute minimum and strength training 3 days a week. However, Challenge one is where I am falling short. I am drinking my water but I am not getting in 5 to 6 veggies a day. Most days I only get 3 to 4 so I need to step it up with the veggies!

I will with God's Help and Strength eat healthy and drink between 6 and 8 glasses of water a day; & eat between 5 and 6 veggies and fruit or more daily. I will also aim to stay within my calorie range, Fat, Carbohydrate and Protein Levels that have been mapped out for me by Spark People.

Challenge # 2

I will with God's Strength seek to exercise daily between 15 minutes to 30 minutes or more daily. I have provided some suggestions for you to chose from. I encourage you to do Cardio Daily and Strength Training at least 3 times a week, you chose your days and how long you will exercise.

Cardio, Running/Jogging or Walking, Gymnastics, Strength Training 3 times a week followed with a stretching routine

I am weighing in on Mondays:

I am going to stick to my Low carb and calorie plan. (mostly)

I am going to go to the gym 2x per week. mostly)

I am going to use my Gazelle at home 6 days per week for 15 minutes each time.( Probably4 x per week)

I will be in Onederland by Feb 1.....still not happening, but I am much better!!

Challenge # 1

I will with God's Help and Strength eat healthy and drink between 6 and 8 glasses of water a day; & eat between 5 and 6 veggies and fruit or more daily. I will also aim to stay within my calorie range,

I am going to stick to my Low carb and calorie plan.

I am going to go to the gym 2x per week.

I am going to use my Gazelle at home 6 days per week for 15 minutes each time.

I will be in Onederland by Feb 1.

Challenge # 1

I will with God's Help and Strength eat healthy and drink between 6 and 8 glasses of water a day; & eat between 5 and 6 veggies and fruit or more daily. I will also aim to stay within my calorie range, Fat, Carbohydrate and Protein Levels that have been mapped out for me by Spark People.

Challenge # 2

I will with God's Strength seek to exercise daily between 15 minutes to 30 minutes or more daily. I have provided some suggestions for you to chose from. I encourage you to do Cardio Daily and Strength Training at least 3 times a week, you chose your days and how long you will exercise.

Cardio, Running/Jogging or Walking, Gymnastics, Strength Training 3 times a week followed with a stretching routine

Good Evening Team,

We are entering into a brand new year with new opportunities and new possibilities.

We are the temple of the Holy Spirit. We are responsible on how we take care of these bodies, what we put into our bodies the Lord has given us.

His desire is for all His children to be the best that we can be. Let's enter this New Year 2015 using the tools that have been provided to be successful in our journey of becoming the best we can be in Mind Body and Spirit.

This month I have 2 Challenges for you to push for. Are you ready? So Let's Go for it....

Challenge # 1
