Team Challenge # 3 Combo of Challenges 1 and 2

- Track Food and stay within daily calorie ranges

- Track Fitness & Exercise Daily between 15 minutes to 30 minutes or more

- Drink between 6 to 8 glasses of water

- Eat between 5 to 8 servings of Fruits and Veggies per day

- Strength Train at least 3 times a week, you decide how long, I encourage you to raise the bar to your personal best

- Cardio Daily at least 15 minutes per session with aiming to reach 30 minutes or more per session

Team Challenge # 3 Combo emoticon emoticon emoticon I increased my fitness another 5 minutes to a total of 15 minutes 8 days post-op, I'm feeling so much better, yay me...

Met my Goals Post Surgery Needs and got in 15 minutes of Fitness, I am doing better but because my body reacted strongly with increased fitness, I have had to scale back to between 10 and 15 minutes total, new instruction medically no more than between 10 & 15 minutes of exercise per day for at least a week...So I'm following the guidance...YES
