October 31 another repeat of yesterday

Challenge # 3 COMBO 15 minutes Total Fitness

Today I am feeling better but am sleeping a lot, cannot do anything strenuous or any heavy lifting for 3 days but did manage the stretches overall body stretches, core and some light leg stretches, 15 minutes total and that is all I can handle for now...

Because of my Wednesday's day surgery procedure for my Kidney I cannot do anything strenuous or any heavy lifting for 3 days I did some light overall body stretches and some light leg stretches, 15 minutes total and that is all I can handle for now, No weights were used. but those stretches did help...

I didn't exercise today due to a nagging ear ache going on in my right ear, but I will be hitting the gym tomorrow as as doing a bit of grocery shopping & housework! I did stretch for about 5-10 minutes this morning, however. I Think I slept funny on my left leg, because, MAN...my hamstring was BITCHING UP A STORM AT ME!!! LOL!!

Evening emoticon Team,

You all have done well with your September Challenges, your Team Awards will be posted on your spark page within the next 2 days. I encourage you to jump on-board and join us for October. Let's raise the Bar to our personal best and see what we can do this month!

Team Challenge # 1

Stay within my Calorie Range
Drink at least 8 Glasses of Water or more Daily
Eat between 5 and 8 Fresh Veggies and Fruits per day
Strive to eat healthy daily using moderation in everything I eat

Team Challenge # 2

Exercise daily between 15 minutes and upwards to 30 minutes or more per day
Strength train 3x a week between 10 and 20 minutes or more per session
Follow with Stretching between 5 and 10 minutes per session
Walk Jog and or Run 3x a week between 10 and 20 minutes or more per session

Team Challenge # 3 Combo of 1 and 2 Challenges,

You choose which Exercises and Nutrition you want in your mix,
I have posted an example below...

Stay within calorie range
Eat Healthy
Walk/Run 20 minutes 3x a week
Strength Train3x a week 20 minutes per session
Eat 6 servings of veggies and fruits per day
Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water per day

So who is on-board? I challenge you this month to come on-board and raise the Bar to your Personal Best...You can do it, 1 step and 1 day at a time...
