Got my head together for the next week.

1. using my Gazelle for 15 minutes...yes
2. staying in calorie and carb range....yes
3. drinking lots of water...yes

Exercised almost an hour and a half - didn't really meet any of the other goals because yesterday was Kevin's birthday. Going to get back to it today though!

Good Afternoon Team,

I want to cheer you on your journey and say congrats on a well done job for August. May I encourage you to post your results in your August Team Challenge forum so I can create my list of those who participated and accomplished your goals. It's that time of the month that new Challenges come out and you are awarded for those accomplishments you achieved.

And speaking of that...Here we are on the verge of beginning a brand new month, new beginnings and new opportunities to start "Fresh"..

Let's push ahead and raise the Bar to New Heights...We CAN together as we press on for the Finishing Line...

For this month of September we are going back to Basics, we will begin with Tracking our Food and Fitness and Water intake...Then our Daily Fitness, And what about seeing how many Fresh Fruit's and Veggies we can consume...
