I have done something for a workout every day in June so I am on tract there. However, again this month my nutrition has been horrible and I have not lost weight. I guess I should count it as a plus that I have not gained either--just down the yo-yo bit--up a pound down a pound to finish exactly where I started!

Think I am staying of track for both challenges if you count the exercise I am getting by doing yard work plus the video of formal exercise I do each day. I always drink plenty of water, as I don't drink soft drinks at all, get more than 5 servings of fruit and veggies each day, and try to stay within my calorie range--the last one is the hardest part..

I'm on on for Challenge A. Team Fitness Challenge

I just started back this week.. so I'll do this challenge from this past Tuesday on!

1. Ride, Jog, Walk, Run for at least 15 minutes or more per day
2. Cardio: combo of aerobics, upper, lower and core exercises at least 10 minutes or more at least 5 days per week
3. Strength Training 3 times a week at least 10 minutes or more each session

6/10/14: Jog/Walked 50 minutes - # 1
6/11/14: Jog/Walked 45 minutes - #1
6/12/14: Walked 40 minutes - #1
6/13/14: Jog/Walked 50 minutes AND Zumba 1 hour at the Gym! - #1 and #2

Have been drinking my water, eating my fruits and veggies, and generally keeping my nutrition in line. It's just that I can't seem to fit tracking the nutrition into my schedule and still have time to weave baskets--which I have to do as there is a show coming up on June 21, and then a full summer of shows from then on

Also, do at least 30 minutes of fitness every day as well as walking the dog, working in my raised beds etc. The scales are finally showing a little downward progress!

Several glasses of Apple Juice...

I have now added noodles, yogurt, potato, veggies, plain rice and ate 3 meat balls today, the meat balls didn't sit right so will leave meat off my list until my body adjusts to solid food

I thank God for His Healing touch on my body...

Still haven't met my calorie goals but it is improving.

I am now building my strength up and will add more solids as I go along, no more flu symptoms since Thursday evening...

Didn't meet my calorie goals as I can't tolerate solid food yet but ingesting heaps of Water, Chicken Broth and Ginger-ale. So met my water goals.

It will be a while before I'm on a full diet but trusting God for a speedy & complete healing

Am on track with the fitness so far this month. I have no problem with my nutrition as far as eating the fruits and veggies, drinking my water and keeping my calorie count down, but I do have trouble tracking it since my time is limited and I find the nutrition tracker a bit slow. Does anyone else have this problem or is it my laptop that is causing the problem?

June 1-3 did Cardio for atleast 20 minutes and toning exercises all over, including core
June 1-3 didn't do the nutrition tracking but did eat the freggies and drink water

I'm in on both challenges!
A. Team Fitness Challenge

1. Ride, Jog, Walk, Run for at least 15 minutes or more per day
2. Cardio: combo of aerobics, upper, lower and core exercises at least 10 minutes or more at least 5 days per week
3. Strength Training 3 times a week at least 10 minutes or more each session

B. Team Nutrition Challenge

1. Track food intake daily
2. Eat at least 5 to 8 servings of veggies and fruits per day
3. Drink between 6 and 8 glasses of water or more per day
4. Stay within your daily calorie intake per day, aiming to plan and follow through with taking in the right amount of calories per day

Because I'm sick my food intake is down,

I'm in on both, also...want to make a difference this month!!
This is my plan:

A. Fitness
1. Use my Gazelle 3X per week plus on my gym days
2. go to the gym 2 x per week

B. Nutrition challenge
1. track calories daily
2. drink 8 glasses of water per day
3. Stay focused

June 1 - Team A - Spent 62 minutes walking behind lawn mower and also about 30 minutes pulling weeds in a raised bed

Am going to recommit to try to get my nutrition under control since I have gained rather than lost weight in May. I have done my fitness without fail in May--as far as I can do fitness with my neuropathy limitations--but the nutrition has been the problem.

Hi Team,

Watch for the new posting of our next Team Challenge, this coming month of June we are going to raise the bar by adding more minutes and challenges to our fitness, I will also add a Nutrition challenge also, in the end it will be up to you to chose which challenge you want to work on, you can chose Challenge 1 for Fitness or Challenge 2 for Nutrition, hope to see you all on-board pushing ahead for a great month of June... emoticon
