im taking a break from doing the monthly challenges for awhile as I am in the process of moving and getting jobs - things are a little hectic and I just dont have time to see to the progress. I put a lot of work into using your muscle groups and I wish I had more time. I hope when we all back and running you will join again with renewed vigor. Have a lovely June - hugs Suzi

I hurt my hip so I'm out of the challenge. However, I decided to sort of keep going just being careful not to injure myself again. I think I'm going to start over and see how far I can get the rest of the month. So I didn't get through all of the challenge but I at least feel I gave it a good try. emoticon

I would love to do this, but I still am not supposed to do crunches, etc. and at 72 I feel that I am getting plenty of exercise with the walking and other aerobic videos I am doing. I can tell the way my clothes are fitting that I am accomplishing something--not rapidly, but gradually--that needs to be done. Good luck to those who can do these exercises!
