And on to another week.
4/27 All my goals for the day were met. I even managed over 11,000 steps w/ 32 min. of cardio
4/28 A hard day..got in my walking but not my cardio or strength training. Spent the morning at the doctor with my mom.
4/29 A day full of challenges....mom to the doctor again but I did some walking, and some cardio. Will really have to work at the weights tomorrow.
4/30 Another successful day of walking and exercising. This is the first time I've really worked on strength. I can only really do arm exercises with light weights but have noticed my arms got a little smaller this month.

A new week for Challenge 1.
4/20 Got in my walking and my cardio. Didn't expect that with my long car ride today.
4/21 All my goals met today.
4/22 Sadly I only got my walks in today. No Cardio or strength training.
4/23 Met all my goals and a little extra today
4/24 I was sure I wasn't going to get any walking in today...but it happened when I wasn't looking. Wow.
4/25 All goals met for the day....with a smile today.
4/26 Another good day...37 min. of cardo.

Better late than never I guess.
Tuesday I walked 5 miles and ate great
Wednesday I exercised 30 minutes - Doing cardio dancing
Thursday - still pending

I have eatten well but not 8 veggies a day so I will try and fix that today! I thinkt he secret will have to be eat at least one salad a day to get my veggies up. Can't do alot of fruits because of diabetes.

As of April 15th total fitness minutes for April is 650! Yaaay

I like to get in a good 50is minute run emoticon 3 times a week. At least one yoga emoticon session 45 min. or so, and I like keeping busy outside on the weekends! emoticon

4/13 A new week. All my goals where met today.

4/15 Another day go meeting goals. Me thinks me likes to have goals.
4/16 No outdoor walking today...too much snow. I did get 8000 steps in and met my goals.
4/17 A stressful day but I made my goals.
4/18 I can't believe I met my goals today. But I did.

This weeks counts...
4/6 A good but short walk outside, some sun, and 30 min. of cardio. Goals met.
4/7 Nice walk, more sun, 41 min. cardio and 15 strength and toning. Goals met.
4/8 A windy day but still good enough to be out for a walk. And a good 47 min. of cardio.
4/9 Even with a long car ride I got my walk in and 21 min. of cardio. but only a few reps of strength.
4/10 Another successful day with a nice walk and 28 min. of cardio.
4/11 Shopping instead of walking, but 18 min. cardio and a 20 min. strength video.
4/12 Planned a relaxing day but walked and did 15 min. of cardio

4/1 I managed to do 15 min. of cardio today and just over 9000 steps. It is very hard for me to walk any distance so I set my steps goals high enough. I never knew that chair marching and chair dancing could have such good benefits. Tomorrow will be my first attempt at a stretch of strength training. It is something I needed to learn how to do. Can't wait to try. emoticon

I would like to do both challenged provided I can continue to do the videos I have been doing during March. They do have some strength training moves in them which is making my body feel well toned (and these moves are acceptable to my chiropractor without stressing my overworked muscles). They also give me a lot of walking--each video is at least 30 minutes long. I have done them at least six days a week throughout March. Also I have drunk my water, eaten my fruits and vegetables and been within my nutrition range most days.

Here is hoping I do as well in April.
