I'm in. Getting a late start. Will start with Day 1 and Day Day 3 today. On Tuesday will do Day 2 and Day 4. Then I'll be caught up.

This challenge will begin on March 1, and we will be working our abs, arms, thighs and gluts.
Please remember to modify where you need to and do what you can. Each week I will come and post the new weekly schedule. As much as I would like to sign up for this challenge, I am forbidden to do strength training by my chiropractor because of too tight muscles causing nerve problems. I do aerobic/cardio videos every day that have some muscle toning moves in them, but that is all I am allowed to do. I will cheer everyone on and continue to do my workouts my way.

This challenge will begin on March 1, and we will be working our abs, arms, thighs and gluts.
Please remember to modify where you need to and do what you can. Each week I will come and post the new weekly schedule. Please post your starting weight and at then end of each week post your weight.
