I did better this week then I did the past two. I did almost all the exercises. So this week my goal is to get through everything. :) I did lose 2 lbs so that was good. This challenge has been fun and gotten me exercising more which is a good thing. emoticon

I am so encouraged by the progress you are having - and Grandson3 - getting to walk is better than doing nothing. Thank you so much for the posts - I think we need to start looking at what we should do for March - can we brainstorm some suggestions?

I am doing well in this challenge and I have lost 10 pounds this month so far so I am doing great!!!

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!! whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life!!!

Lost a lb. this week for a total of 5 lbs. lost so far for Feb. emoticon
Have been able to complete all beginner exercises in the challenge for 3 weeks straight. I like changing things up when it comes to exercise to avoid boredom which leads to lack of motivation. I will probably continue these into March as a part of my fitness arsenal to mix things up. With bad weather I have been able to go to the gym 2 days a week, exercise at home, and walk at Wal-mart using a pedometer so I have not let the weather slow me down. Thanks for the challenge Suzi.

Kicked up my number of steps this week! Hit the 20k mark once and came close yesterday! I was able to run outside yesterday and hoping to do so again today! Dropped .9 pound not quite a full pound but the number went in the right direction this week! I'm determined to stay within my calorie range this week...so I'm hoping for even better results emoticon

Conquering instead of crumbling!

Third-Week Check In:

Three weeks in - one more to go.

We are a two thirds of the way through - quite a strenuous week! How y'all doing? I must admit for me that I had a tiring week and I did miss a day of doing the cardio - but I have an opportunity to renew my commitment as without a commitment I cannot get to the goal I have set me for myself. I have to take up the task and I cannot shy away from the fact that if I have said I will do something I will see it to the end. Fight the good fight and victory will be mine.

Did anyone have positive results from the week? Drop me a line in the *February #14 challenge blog to keep us all motivated, please. If you have any ways in which you have worked out in the weather let us know as we are all finding it hard to get out of doors.

Remember, we can use the challenge forum as a daily progress for goals as well as post the weekly check in to cheer each other on and to reach out for support. If we use this as the fitness log (which you can download and use for your own progress chart) I am sure you will see your fitness increasing.
