SLIMMING CLUB & HAPPY JULY!

FOR THE NExT 15 DAYS WE WILL WALK AWAY THE FAT WITH A SUGGESTEd WALK/POWER WALK CHALLENGE.
HERE'S THE 15 DAY SCHEDULE (any questions or comments post here along with your daily walking success):


RULES: WE ARE DIVIDED INTO 2 TEAMS, CHECK OUT BOTH TEAM POSTS TO SEE WHAT TEAM YOU ARE ON... THIS MAY SEEM LIKE ALOT BUT WE GOTTA DO IT.... SO IF YOU CANNOT POWER WALK AS LONG AS REQUIRED ON A CERTAIN DAY JUST BRISK WALK THE FULL TIME OR DIVIDE IT UP INTO LESSER POWER WALKING TIME. THE TEAM THAT LOSES THE MOST WEIGHT (SUM OF WHOLE GROUP WEIGHT) WILL BE THE WINNERS AND WILL PICK THE NEXT CHALLENGE FOR THE 16TH THRU THE 31ST (15 days)

Here goes:

1st: 10 min brisk walk 15 min power walk
2nd: 15 min brisk walk 10 min power walk
3rd: 15 min brisk walk 15 min power walk
4th: 20 min brisk walk 15 min power walk
5th: 20 min brisk walk 20 min power walk
6th: 25 min brisk walk 20 min power walk
7th: 25 min brisk walk 25 min power walk
8th: 30 min brisk walk 25 min power walk
9th: 30 min brisk walk 30 min power walk
10th: 30 min brisk walk 35 min power walk

FULL POWER DAYS:
11th: 10 min prisk walk 35 min power walk
12th: 10 min brisk walk 40 min power walk
13th: 5 min brisk walk 40 min power walk
14th 5 min brisk walk 45 min power walk
15th 5 min brisk walk 55 min power walk.
