This was a good challenge, although I struggled with the one legged hop. I did this and the Tae Bo Cardio.

okay, you made this hard for me to make an excuse-it's only 10 min and I have that available (I'm going to do it right after I get back from an interview that I have-since I only have 5 min until I have to leave and I still have to pick out what I am going to wear and get dressed.) I'm excited for it!

The impact will be a little hard on the knee and ankles just make sure that you stretch. Plus, if you don't do the exercise to fast the first time you try it. You can do it by working your way up to the full impact it will help your knees and ankles to be able to push through.

I will definately have to add this one to my day! But will have to do it after work (I walk to and from work each day i'm schedualed). My only concern is if the impact will be hard on my knee and ankle..guess I will have to give it a shot!
