Jenn, I am not sure at all where any one is. I am glad that you are keeping up with the weight loss and exercise for your self. Way to go!!

Watching salt intake also trying not to buy foods that have high fructose corn syrup, sugar, rice syrup, corn syrup, fructose, sucrose etc. in the first three ingredients.

No foods that have more than 3 ingredients that I can not pronounce.

If an item has more than 10 ingredients I put it on the Do Not Buy List as it is too processed.

Good Afternoon all. I hope you are all having a great day. We need to get this team back motivated and running. Where is everyone? I went to a step class this morning. It was a very hard class to be in, but I feel great now. I am so glad that I did it. I think I will be going to classes at the local YMCA from now on. They are great classes and I am so excited that my children will stay in the kids room!!! emoticon

My kids are grown, 30,27,22, and it may not seem it at this moment but the time really does fly! Enjoy the little tykes because soon enough it will be car keys and girls and they are gone! Of course then the next thing is you have grandkids to play with.....love it cause you can send them little boogers home when you are worn out!! ha ha

Good Morning Team! I am hoping to get moving today. I have set my New Years Resolutions and I feel good about them. I can do them. I can loose the weight and be a lot lighter by 12-31-08 and be able to look back on today and say wow I did it!

So Anyways, I need to get back to doing my crunches, they are so hard to do everyday. My stomach hurt so much, I had to take a break. I also realized that I was working out at least 30 min a day but I was not eating right and I did not loose anything, I actually gained, so I have to get back to eating right. That is so hard to do after going back to the way I was eating.

So anyways, I hope that everyone has a great day!

Hi Jenn,
It is quiet here. I hope that with the coming new year people will gain the resolve to start again. Infact that is what I have been doing. I put a list together of what I want out of 2008. I hate to say they are new year resolutions because I feel like such a twit when I mess up. There are just three right now but I hope to be able to complete them within the year of 2008.

I did loose the 10 lbs, I gained back some I am at 235 today, but I am not going to get down on myself, I am just going to pick back up after Christmas. I am going to enjoy the holiday, do my best to watch what I eat but not get hard on myself if I don't eat as well as I have been!!!

Happy Holidays all!!! I am excited to see how our team does with this challenge, and what our January challenge will be!!!

I did the 30 minute one that was the instructions because this was my first time doing it! I had a great time doing it. What a great way to start off my Sunday and kick start my Christmas! To day is going to be rather difficult. My dear dear husband has allowed workman to come to our home to work in and outside on a basement wall issue. Good Morning girls. I am trying to figure out my challenge for today, I am so tired that I am not coming up with anything. I am having a rough time, and getting into the mode to do my sit ups are getting harder and harder. I am eating the vegitables and drinking my water. Well done everyone!!!
Well I had a little chat with my doctor yesterday and I have found out the reason I have been feeling so bad is..............I have been taking my diabetic meds all wrong! I stopped all meds when we began a new one. I was suppose to keep on taking all the old ones and ADD the new one! Lucky I did not end up in hospital......stupid mistake to make. Anyway I hope to feel better and I will do as much of the challenges as I can, just know that I am cheering you all on!!

I am so happy to have a break, and so are my abs! But I am looking forward to tomorrow for more ab work! I am thinking about adding in 25 bicycle crunches.

I did the vegies and the water today!

115 crunches yesturday!!!!!!!!!!...did 10 extra reverse crunches.....8 cups water (oops) only 2 servings of veggies.... will do better today,im gonna push it today cause tomorrows our off day!!!

I missed on the goals of the veggies, exercise and I got 0nly 9 of water into me. Better tomorrow oppps it is tomorrow. GOOOOOOOO Red Team!!

Watching salt intake also trying not to buy foods that have high fructose corn syrup, sugar, rice syrup, corn syrup, fructose, sucrose etc. in the first three ingredients.

No foods that have more than 3 ingredients that I can not pronounce.

If an item has more than 10 ingredients I put it on the Do Not Buy List as it is too processed.

I did it! Boy do my Abs hurt, I had to push through the last few, but I did it!!! GO Me! 14 cups of water today! I did a great job, and I am proud of myself!!! Lets go Red team!! Keep up the good work!
