I got a 30 minute walk outside today then I did 35 minutes of step aerobics. I feel good tonight.

I walk my pugs at least 60 minutes a day. That way I enjoy the fresh (still freezing) air and the nature in my neighbourhood

Joining in a little late . . . trying to walk around the block everyday after work. Takes approx. 20 minutes. Managed yesterday. Leaving work now so I have time to walk today too!

Report for 4/3 I did 60 minutes of exercise. walked laps at Walmart. Got in 9 laps before shopping.

This is one challenge I want to do. I like being active but sometimes I get lazy.
So far this month I have missed one day of being active and I don't want to have another day when I am not physically active for at least 15 minutes. Yesterday I did the WII fit program (step aerobics) for 30 minutes and yoga for 30 minutes. Monday I played darts for 60 minutes. . Today I did one strength training video with Coach Nicole and I will be doing 2 more as soon as I'm finished posting. The first strength training video was for abs/core muscles. I will do one for upper body and then one for lower body. Each video is 10 minutes or less. They are free here on SP and I really like them. I usually walk to be bus stop and back, but was running behind today. I will get back to riding the bus tomorrow. I did some walking at work.

Daily animal care and other chores generally ties up at least 4 or 5 hours a day and covers at least 1.5 - 2 miles.

Wow, you all are doing a wonderful job! I don't think I'm going to throw in any more fitness "challenges," you make me feel quite inadequate (maybe this is why I'm not making the progress I'd like to) !

Okay, FattyBJ, I want you to change your username to something more positive. Looking at that name will only get you down.
Secondly, you have not disappointed any of us. Doing ANYTHING is great, and feel good that you didn't sit on the couch and eat all day! Working on the balance ball is really, really good for you (core). And third, don't compare yourself. Even though I am 62 and 30 pounds overweight, if I do not do some form of strenuous exercise 6 days a week, I don't feel right. That isn't true for everyone, or necessarily even good for everyone! boot camp # 3 8 min boot camp # 4 10 min. Just cant get on the treadmill Sorry people, but I am disappointing myself more than you. With Christ I can do anything!

Stationary bike warm up (10 min), walk (15 min), "body work" (exercises: work with the exercise ball + pushups, wall pushups, jillian michaels exercises -- partial) (10 min), my version of "spinning" aka interval training on stationary bike (30 min).
I already put this on my tracker: 65 min total

I went to my fitness class for an hour. We did 3 sets of tabatas, several interval sets, squats, lunges, biceps, triceps, core, etc. Killer class, but it felt great!

I just got back from a 3 mile, 55 minute walk. We live in the foothills so there was lots of climbing.

They planted some shrubs down by the creek that were over grown with a canary grass weed. I will head down and rake some of the canary grass mat off of the shrubs. I plan to work at least 35 minutes on this project so will check back and put it on my tracker this afternoon.

Hmm. My walk to work is usually 10 minutes so I will see what I can come up with otherwise that doesn't aggrivate my asthma. I know I will walk home unless it is storming.

i started to do an exercise video routine this morning, got 10 minutes in and got a a pain in my hip. when I get to work ( I work at the Y) will try and do 10 or 15 minutes on the treadmill.
