I was able to get my workouts up to 30 minutes per day...now I have to work on maintaining this lifestyle change emoticon

Joined a gym and have been working out daily. I have managed to get in cardio and strength training in 1 hour plus I use the hydromassage bed and infrared sauna for added health benefits emoticon

I am cleaning out a house to move. Heavy cleaning and moving boxes. Iam averaging 364 minutes a day

I shoot for 45 to 60 minutes a day at home. And I always get plenty of exercise at work.
