My major goal is to keep on using SparkPeople to track food and exercise. I find it helps keep my diabetes in line and it has helped me come back from being very weak to being more able to do normal things.

My number one goal is to do strength training. I need to go to the gym to do that. I plan on going real soon. I can also do some ST here at home. Like doing squats. They make your legs and glutes strong. I really need that strength.

POST YOUR GOALS HERE. NO MATTER HOW SMALL THEY SEEM TO YOU, REMEMBER SPARKPEOPLE IS ALL ABOUT BABY STEPS. They also say that when you post your goals, it's like journaling, and once you write about them, they stick in your mind better. I need to do this too.
