Bev - Thanks so much! I'm going to check it out and see if I can knock a couple of these out.

I've been making zipper bags that take a 5" by 10 1/2" front and back plus lining. They are fun to make and with a serger I just whip them out. That and pillow cases. What type of cotton is it? A lightweight denim type? Would make a good lining for anytype of bag. Carol

Wow! Thanks for the suggestions. Shopping bags would definitely run through it and give us some additional bags for groceries. I had never considered an apron, but that would definitely work. And I'll look for some small pouch patterns that don't require me to buy a zipper. Thanks so much. :)

Not having seen the fabric it is hard to guess. I use upholstery fabric for shopping bags and portfolios.

I made shades for my office, our guest bedrooms, and bathrooms. And now I have leftover fabric, that while cotton, can't be used for quilts. Any thoughts on how to use it? I don't need any more shades. And I'm not sure I'd want to make pillows out of it.
