Hey Everyone! I have discovered TRX training and am in love with it, problem I am having is Im not sure its a good workout for me since Im trying to lose weight. A friend told me she thinks TRX is actually going to cause me to get bigger cause it builds muscle. I thought it was more of a cardio/ab exercise since youre using your body weight as resistance. Anybody got any advice for me? I really enjoy it, but if its not what I need to be doing right now, then I need to stop!!!
