Goal: 60 min 3x a day or 180 min

3/8 15 min shoveling snow- then I got out the snowblower
3/9 80 min walking - (6 miles)
3/10 60 min stationary bike
3/11
3/12
3/13
3/14

Total: 155 mins
Goal:180 mins

Here is how the challenge Goes. First post how many minutes of cardio exercise you are going to do EACH DAY! You can set a goal for individual days or you can set a goal for the entire week. What ever works for you. Then let us know if you achieved your goal, did more or fell short! Lets all do at least 15 min of cardio a day for the next week. Keep moving!!!!!
