Grab a Buddy - You're a Social Exerciser
To you, working out is really just a venue for meeting up with friends and having fun together while you break a sweat. Whether it's getting your friends together for a game of beach volleyball or inviting everyone over for a swim in your pool, your personal motto is "the more, the merrier." Having fun exercising with your friends is a great way to keep you excited about fitness, but don't let flaky friends get in the way of your fitness goals. Your one downfall is that you're likely to miss a workout if your exercise buddy calls in sick, because you just can't fathom the idea of spending an hour in the gym if you don't get to catch up on all the latest gossip. Make sure you have a good group of workout buddies to fall back on if your regular workout partner cancels on you. And don't be afraid to exercise alone - you might find that you actually like it. But since you thrive in any setting where fitness is a social event, try out a group fitness class, organize a group hike or meet up at the beach, lake or park for some outdoor fun.

*** I don't know if I necessarily agree. If I am going to a class, yes-- love having a buddy there. I do love to get my exercise in with activities like hiking, swimming, and tennis--and love having buddies with those things... so again, on point. But going to the gym--that's my time and my time alone. I love being myself in the gym, me and my ipod (that is)!

I have to say that when I am the most successful it is when I work with someone - having someone there to make me feel guilty :o) is a great motivator! I think that SP will be great for me because there are so many people here that can help, share advice, and just talk me through the rough patches.

Life is full of choices - the one you make now will impact those yet to come.

You're Competitive - You Love a Good Challenge
Competition is the name of your game. It doesn't matter if you're beating your friend in a fierce game of one-on-one or if you're trying to beat your own personal record from the last triathlon you did - you're here to win. You love pushing your body to the limit and accomplishing extraordinary fitness feats. But you may also suffer from a lot of sports injuries because you constantly push your body to the limit. While you may be up for the challenge, your body might not be - you need to remember to take it easy on yourself and work within the physical limitations of your body. The best kinds of exercise for you are those that present a challenge. You would do well on a sports team, so Google the local sports leagues in your area. If you prefer a one-man show to being part of a team, sign up for a race in your local area. Be it a 5K, marathon, triathlon or the Hawaii Ironman, you're up for the challenge.

This is true about me.

Watching salt intake also trying not to buy foods that have high fructose corn syrup, sugar, rice syrup, corn syrup, fructose, sucrose etc. in the first three ingredients.

No foods that have more than 3 ingredients that I can not pronounce.

If an item has more than 10 ingredients I put it on the Do Not Buy List as it is too processed.

I don't know if I feel that's accurate or not, but it's my results! LOL.

"The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It's the caring that she lovingly gives, the passion that she shows & the beauty of a woman only grows with passing years."

You're Results-Driven - But Don't Forget to Have Fun
You have specific goals to meet, and you've spent plenty of time mapping out exactly how you're going to achieve them. You are at the gym on a regular basis and enjoy having a routine, but you grow agitated if you have to miss a workout. Maybe you need to lose 10 pounds by next month, or perhaps you're trying to beat your best race time. Either way, it's important that your workout plan has some flexibility. It's also important that you don't spend too much time figuring out what the "perfect" workout is for your exercise goals, because it could prevent you from actually getting to the gym if you're too busy designing your program on the computer. You would probably benefit from hiring a personal trainer who can help you map out your goals and what you need to do to reach them, as well as remind you to relax and have fun with your workouts.

Here is what I got!
