Friday the 13th I had my volunteer work during after-school hours helping grade 7 students with their homework. I do it at my house since my car isn't all that dependable. One of them I'd set up with some lessons on KhanAcademy.com at my computer. My password list for SparkPeople and gmail and hotmail was right beside my computer. The pizza delivery drove up with the pizza and I went outside to get it and give him a tip. When I got back in the kids were giggling. I didn't think that was unusual until today when I couldn't sign in. I made another account so I could tell you what happened. I didn't abandon you on purpose. My passwords don't work for gmail either.

How to Get the Support You Need to Succeed by Liz Noelcke, Staff Writer

"Support yourself by keeping a journal. Whether you write down your thoughts and progress on a weekly or daily basis, you’ll have a visual just how far you’ve come. You can look back to past entries where you’ve seen success and use it as motivation for a tough week."
