I wouldn't do without the calendar challenges. I repeat them because they are motivational and give me a sense of being methodical about reaching my goals.

emoticon Clicking on the "Challenges" tab will bring up a drop-down box with two choices of challenges that are offered. The challenges are beneficial in motivating members to reach their goals by using sensible changes in diet and exercise.
