Walked 6km in my favorite forest yesterday. Thus morning am planning on about 10km in my neighbourhood. Already dressed for it.

I walked slowly today for 45 minutes. emoticon The last time I walked faster & longer I had to take 2 aspirin during the night because my legs ached. I felt positive about it, though, cause I'd made sparking progress. All in all I've reduced my weight by 32 pounds over the past 3 1/2 years. This is my third spark account. Once I got too busy to take the time to post and track. Once I was relying on a public computer at college. I should be able to keep this account going since my routine is giving me time.

Yesterday I walked 45minutes in the morning and then walked a lot during the day running errands. By evening my joints hurt. I have RA. So I decided on a rest day today. Will try to walk a lot while running errands, but no early morning walk today.

Did you take a walk today for the sole purpose of getting a bit of motion into your day? Motion keeps our body circulating nutrients properly.
