I upped my working out to burn off at least 1/3 of the calories I've consumed for the day and then I lost three more pounds by doing this. I'll usually wait until sometime between breakfast and lunch and burn off everything I've had for breakfast, calorie wise or more. It's about 90+ minutes of working out for me. I usually start off by doing the 3 mile walk away the Pounds video on YouTube which even though it's 45 minutes it burns off over 200 calories for me. I then move to do some cardio and strength training. Up your workouts or walking, burn more calories track all food eaten. Water, water, and more water then watch your plateau bust.

Keep positive, keep tracking and keep moving and sweating.

Be sure to measure all your portions--don't eyeball them even (especially) if it's something you eat every day. And double-check the nutrition labels on the food itself. Don't automatically rely on the values given with food listed here on SP because brands change recipes and ounces per serving now and then, or someone may have entered the calories, fat, protein, etc. incorrectly. I've had both bad and good surprises on that front!

Change up your routine! Try new exercises, eat higher or lower in your range every other day, and just keep working at it!
